Anonymous asked: i was ill last week and so lost a bit of control on my diet and exercise regime, then when i got better i went back to 1200 calories and exercised for an hour, now im ill again! should i just stop counting calories and let myself fully recover or make sure i keep to 1200 even if im ill? xx
