Anonymous asked: hi there! :)
I'm currently trying to lose weight/be healthier/get fit, but I've just come down with a throat infection. I'm pretty much bed-bound as I'm so tired etc. but I'm so worried this is going to affect my progress. Just thought I'd ask your advice on really - have you been ill since you've started your weight loss journey? If so how did it affect...

Anonymous asked: Hiya :)
I run about 4 times a week for between 45minutes - an hour. I really enjoy it and prefer it to other forms of exercise I've tried. However I'm concerned about whether I'll hit a plateau from just doing one form of exercise :/
what are your thoughts?
thanks for creating such an inspirational blog btw :)

laviedemer asked: a healthier and tastier way to peanut butter is either almond butter and/or sunflower seed spread which is a little on the pricey side, but I think out bodies deserve it from time to time. and its great for people who are allergic to peanuts

heaveninhereyes asked: I read your recent post. I too have been thru some serious stuff that totally got me off course as far as working out. Used to teach Dance and Water Aerobics. Tiring, but very fulfilling! I used to also FORCE myself to run (slowly) 3 miles at least 5x a week. I pretty much stopped everything. I'm ready to get back to it-but I find I have NO energy. Hoping this will improve.?? I'm upping...

Tattoos anyone?
I never really thought about it until now, but I was wondering if any of my lovely followers like tattoos? If you do, I have a blog dedicated to them for you to check out.

this-thing-i-call-life asked: Not trying to start a peanut butter war here or anything.. But I just read the last post saying that "The brand "PB2" is the healthiest peanut butter available." While this may be true, it also only contains 5g of protein while other peanut butter's like Crazy Richard's (100% Natural) contains 9g of protein. Crazy Richard's also has more fiber, calcium, and...
foooodcoma-deactivated20120827 asked: For the Anonymous who asked about a healthy peanut butter- The brand "PB2" is the healthiest peanut butter available. It is powdered peanut butter, you simply add water and it becomes the consistency of peanut butter. It's available at http://www.bellplantation.com/
Hope this helps all the peanut butter lovers out there on their health journeys!

Anonymous asked: So I'm 5'6, 170 pounds, and my goal weight is 125-130. I've already started my journey, and I want to reach my goal weight by the end of August. What I want to know is if you can tell me if my workout is good enough for me to lose that weight in time!
So I walk on the treadmill an hour a day, I do the elliptical an hour a day, and I do about 30-50 push ups and sit ups a day....

Anonymous asked: I am not a runner by nature. Like not at all. Like to the point that I wrote this article for a fitness blog a while back:
http://www.wellsphere.com/healthy-living-article/healthy-living-maddie-s-story/1212003
And now I've been running fairly regularly (maybe not far and maybe not super fast, but still running)...for a year! Be encouraged! :) Lately I've been in a slump...

be-skinnyy asked: I just wanted to know if you did exercises daily, and if so, which ones? I just started my weight loss blog and I really need to like do daily exercises throughout the week. Thanks!
Anonymous asked: I saw a while back someone asked you about when running shoes should be replaced? My boyfriend ran cross-country in high school, and he was told every 500 miles. I ran sprints, and I was told every season. I do know that if you're experiencing shin splints or pain in your knees or ankles, you should probably buy new shoes. I found a helpful article about replacing running shoes and how to...
