abovethunivers asked: I'm pretty busy too,so I do it around 10 every night..but at first I just did ab ripper x and upper body,but now Iv completed my whole first week of the sceduel. I worked out before as you could tell by the picture,but yea hopefully I can complete the full 90 days,well with a lot of hard work I will,iv also been drinking a bottle of ensure everyday,that helps on the nutrition part.
