My best friend and I are going to start going to the gym together. We want to help each other get fit but it will also be an awesome excuse to see each other every week. Are schedules are always really different so we haven’t seen each other in ages.
We use to weight lift together in high school but we don’t have the list we use to do that would cover the whole body over the week.
I have the cardio stuff covered because we are going for at least 30 minutes every time we go and at least an hour at the gym in total which includes warm up and warm downs.
But I was wondering if one of you can could help us formulate a weekly schedule for weight lifting which would include a full body workout over the entire week of lets say 4 visits. We really want to tone up and build muscle.
We just need something to work with is all. Any suggestions to what exercises target your full body or what you do to workout your whole body over the week would be awesome.
Any help would be really amazing :)
