justrealizelife asked: Make sure you don't have any substitutes to water around (no soda, juice, etc...) Tea is okay, and some coffee, but nothing else. this forces you to drink water when you're thirsty. Also, try flavoring it naturally, add fruit or cucumber (blueberries, strawberries, etc...) This is healthy and adds flavor so that it tastes a bit better. Other than that, it's just getting into the routine of drinking only water. Good luck!

I think I mainly have to figure out a routine.  It’s not that I don’t like water.  I’m not even partial to soda or anything even though I like carbonation just not the syrup.  I like the idea of adding fruit though.
