Those posts that say “no excuses” or “the only workout you regret is the one you don’t do” are bullshit because sometimes working out isn’t your first priority and if it is, it shouldn’t be. Posts like that totally diminish the purpose of working out..to feel good about yourself, to relieve stress, to be healthy. Making people feel guilty for skipping a workout or not working out at all isn’t going to make them motivated, it’s going to make them feel like shit.
