westcoastl0ve asked: I'm trying to loose 15 pounds and shape up my arms, butt, and abs before the end of June, and I've decided to eat as much raw food as I can and avoid processed foods as much as I can, and burn about 400-600 calories a day, on about a 1700 calorie diet. Is there any tips f advice you can give me? I saw that I need to have about a 400 calorie deficit each day, is this enough?

It sounds like what you’ve planned out is sufficient.  Two things to remember. One. Drink water. water water water water.

Two.  Peoples bodies are different.  It wont always respond the way you want it too. Even if losing weight is straight out mathematical, it does not always happen that way.

Don’t be discouraged by this.  If you keep going, things will happen.
