Ex: When ever I think of my boyfriend, I have to drink! And if that's not enough, make yourself believe that something horrible will happen if you don't drink. Ex: If I don't drink now, the consequence will be that my boyfriend's and my relationship WILL end. Humans are both compulsive and superspicious. Use it!
