koalabluberry asked: I hate when i feel like crap about myself before a workout. But every morning i wake up at 5 and get ready for a morning run. The days i feel so tired and lazy i always remind myself that i have to toughen up and just go and run because i will hate myself the rest of the day. Usually when i feel bad and start my run bad, i run at least five minutes more than i wanted. I just wanted to pass on some motivation to you.
